Franklin Eriacho
RAMAH — Services for Franklin Enacio Eriacho, 79, will be at 10 a.m., Monday, July 25, 2011.
Burial will follow at Sandsprings, in El Morro, N.M.
Eriacho died July 20, 2011, in Tsayatoh. He was born Feb. 28, 1934, in rural El Morro into the Bitter Water People Clan for the Salt Water People Clan.
Eriacho went to Linderith Mission School in Santa Fe, Albuquerque Indian School, worked as a police officer, substance abuse counselor LADAC traditional counselor, worked at Bear Clan powwows, in the rodeo, was a southern straight dancer and raised animals.
Survivors include his wife Marie Eriacho; sons Aragon Eriacho, Orlando Eriacho; daughters Sandra Eriacho, Sonia Eriacho, Wendy Grishy, Cynthia Henderson, Lucinda Eriacho, Proudy Eriach, Trudy Eriacho; brothers Chimeco Eriacho, Cecil Eriacho, Sullivan Antonio; sisters Ethel Lee, Angeline Lee, Isabell Ortiz, 25 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank Jesus Eriacho, Rosie Ericho; brothers Albert Eriacho, Leonard Eriacho, Fidal Antonio; sisters Virginia Grant; son Cooper Eriacho.
Pallbearers will be Sarricino Huskie, Paul King, Justin Lee, Joel Vigil, Oreos Eriacho. Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements. go to danielsfuneral.com to send condolences.
Alice C. Lee
GREASEWOOD — Funeral services for Alice C. Lee, 77, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011, in, Lower Greasewood. Visitation will be held at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 9-10 a.m., Saturday, July 23, one hour before services.
Lee died July 19, 2011, in Flagstaff. She was born Feb. 1, 1934, in Greasewood into the Coyote Pass People Clan for the Red Running Into the Water People Clan.
Lee pursued her Associates of Arts degree, she was employed as a teacher’s aid for 15 years at Ganado Elementary School, she worked for eight years at the Navajo Nation Elderly Home in Greasewood. Her hobbies were sewing, spending time with her family, and she loved to travel.
Survivors include sons, Calvin Lee, Jr., Jerry Lee; daughters, Alberta Becenti, Sharon Lee-Begay, Diane Lee, Michelle Lee; brothers, Larry Cleveland, Roy Jim Cleveland; sisters, Mattie Haskie, Jennie Joe; 26 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren.
Lee was preceded in death by husband Calvin Lee Sr.; Sons, Raymond C. Lee, Ronnie C. Lee; sisters, Esther George, Dorothy Cleveland; father, Charley Yazzie; grandson, Lynol Melvin Pahe.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Lee, Calvin Lee, Jr., Jeremy Haskie, Lee Pahe, Ray Colt Lee, Eugene Chee.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Lower Greasewood Chapter House at 1 p.m. to 4p.m., Sat., July 23.
Silver Creek Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Rose Mann Smith
TOHLAKAI — Funeral services for Rose Mann Smith, 82, will be announced at a later date.
Smith died July 20, 2011, in Gallup. She was born July 8, 1929, in Gallup into the Black Streak of Forest People Clan for the Bitter Water People Clan.
Rosanna Tsaipi
JEDDITO — Funeral services for Rosanna Tsaipi, 33, will be at Jeddito 10 a.m., Saturday July 23, 2011, at the Broken Arrow Chapel, Jeddito. Burial will be in Jeddito Community Cemetery.
Tsaipi died July 17, 2011, in Jeddito. She was born Sep. 4, 1977, in Phoenix into the Red Running Into the Water People Clan for the Big Water People Clan.
Tsaipi finished high school at Hopi High and went to Northern Pioneer College and Glendale Community College. She received her degree in business. Her hobbies were running, jogging, cooking, cleaning and taking care of family. She loved listening to country music and was loved by everyone.
Survivors include her fiance Alfonso Bahe; sons, Lorenzo Bahe, Marco Bahe; daughters, Kimberly Bahe, Maia Bahe; aunt, Rita Showie; brothers, Terry Jerry John Jr., Jerriston John, Demarco Gee; sisters, Barbara Tsaipi, Lydia Morris, Yolanda John, Sahvanna John; grandfather, Zonnie Tsaipi.
Tsaipi was preceded in death by her parents, Taylor Tsaipi, Roselyn Ann Pete; brother, Herman Tsaipi; grandparents, Kee Tsaipi, John Pete, Margreat Pete.
Pallbearers will be Timothy Showie, Leo Showie Jr., Alton Showie, Lorenzo Bahe, Philbert Phillips, Michael Barney Jr.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Broken Arrow Chapel at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 23 in Jeddito after services.
